How is what we are serving different. Food, Education, Leadership, Partnership. Make sure it's stressed in the plan.
Business plan says 'natural state.' Change to we do processing/unprocessed food.
Activism – Expand our definition beyond direct action to what we're doing.
Lack of waste section – we will consume waste, we will not hand out waste.
Health – With each space we'll need to see if it would need to be re-certified? Become friends with Health Department. Start the health code application, it's a work in progress.

Are we non-hierarchical? If so we need to edit the plan so all people are paid the same. Otherwise get rid of non-hierarchical.
